Highland Beef is much higher in protein and lower in cholesterol and fat that the other beef breeds around! Scottish Highlands usually dress out at a higher percentage than other beef cattle also.

In the years that we have been raising Scottish Highlands, I have never had a roast, steak (including round steaks), or brisket that required a knife to cut it when it came to the table, and the health benefits have been amazing! As a survivor of a triple bypass on my heart, the change from store bought beef to growing our own has been extremely beneficial too!

Our farm has never had to call a vet to the property for any reason, and all cattle are raised using organic methods. Avoid the chemicals and hormones found in store bought beef and butcher your own! Our cattle are all grass fed beef, but if you want them finished on corn, let's talk!
