SERVICES

At Sky Prairie Highlands we take pride in our fold and our beef production.  We maintain a small fold, easily handled and well maintained.  We welcome the opportunity to discuss the Scottish Highland breed and the meat quality produced on our farm.

We sell beef on the hoof, and when available, will sell small quantities of beef.  Since Scottish Highlands will bear calves well up into their teens and/or twenty years of age, we will often sell our heifers to those looking to start a fold of their own.

At the moment (January 2019) we have no heifers to sell, but do have a number of steers and bulls offered for sale at this time.  If you are interested in purchasing a steer to butcher, or a young bull to start your own herd or for butchering, give us a call to come view our selection!  You won't be disappointed in the quality, whether for raising or butchering!
